"I have literally hundreds of cherry angiomas, some as small as pin heads, others as large as nail heads and three dimensional, too!  With my son's upcoming wedding, I finally decided to have the larger ones removed.  I had had this done ten years ago and have nail head sized scars/white spots from how they removed them back then.
